Clothing problems

Do any of you ladies have problems finding shirts that fit? I can not wear fitted t-shirts at all. My shoulders are so big that the t-shirts end up as tank tops when I try them on. If I try to go up in size to fit my shoulders, then I end up swimming in fabric around my waist. My other complaint is with my huge bi's and tri's. I can not wear long sleeved shirts unless they have a high percentage of stretch in them. If I find shirts that fit me in the arms/shoulders the shirt is enormous in my waist. My stomach is very flat so I would like to be able to wear clothing that accentuates it. I am a student and can not afford to have my clothes custom made/tailored. Does anyone have the same problem? If you do is there a brand that you found that fits? Any help would be appreciated.

I an only wear fitted top.. im 5'6 120ish and .. u have to spend money to get what u want

I've had the same problem -- can usually threaten to pull the back of my tops apart if I felt like it. I do a lot of layering -- tanks w/ a jacket or sweater. Its worked for years so I stick w/ it. I hate, no , detest button downs & long sleeve anything.

Like Sassy, I had to stop with the button down shirts.

Pants are an issue too. They are too loose in the waist, but fit snug over my upper legs.

First of all it's not a bad problem to have...I think! I just put on my pullover to work out in yesterday for the first time in 6 months. I put it on and the sleeves were at least 2-3 inches to short...and I know it has to be from my shoulders and arms..I'm not complaining! If your just looking for a great t-shirt...try old navy perfect fit tees...They fit you in all the right places and stretch were you need them too. Good luck!

The problem for me is bras ... I don't care if shirts are baggy so I just buy huge but I'd sure like to own one bra that isn't made by Champion (apparently someone in bra designer land decided that if you have a large ribcage and wide back/shoulders then you must also have been blessed with large breasts).

I just hate shopping in general, thank god I don't have to dress to impress.
