I am going to go on a simple, clean bulking diet soon...Ive never tried this before let me know what you bros think:
stats :5 8" 188 8% bf
meal 1 : 100 g carbs/ 50 grams protein
meal 2: 100 g C/50 g P
meal 3: 100 g C/50 g P
TRAIN
meal 4: 100 g dextrose/ 50 g Pro-isolate shake
meal 5: 100 g C/50 g P
meal 6: 100 g C/50 g P
On off days I will just eat 6 meals with 100g C/ 50 g P.
Carbs- brown rice, oatmeal, yams, anything low GI
Protein- tuna, chicken, egg whites, whey isolate or any lean source
My fat intake will be low due to the lean protein sources.
I will also take 300-400 mg r-ala with every meal.
