CKD PRogress and Questions

Hey dudes

I started the CKD last Sunday, and I went into ketosis tuesday. Not bad for my first time.

The meals are restrictive,but wtf. Id like to lose about 10 pounds from my gut.

Realisitically, how much fat can I expect to lose per week if I use a 6:1 CKD cycle, debiting my BMR by 9% a week, and weightlifting 3 times per week?

Other than that, Ive noticed my energy level definitly down, anxiety and tension increased alittle, water rentention definitly down. I can feel little aches and pains in my feet when I walk, apparently due to the lack of water rentention.

But get this, I feeel very, very hot during the day. Sometimes I almost break out into a sweat. Is this normal?

1) there is no universal rule for fat-loss on CKD
2) I can give you a ballpark number: 1-2 lbs. of fat-loss per week, while retaining muscle or putting on 0.1-0.4 lbs. of muscle (very hard to do, but some people have the potential to put on a lot of muscle)
