I'm around 12% now... I get up at 6:00am and aim to just eat all my starches before 2:00pm... then it's just green veg... protein... and fat... I have a cup of frozen fruit in my morning protein shake, (I'll fire some oats in if I need the cals) and bread, or brown rice for lunch... with protein (Tuna, Chicken Breast, or whatever)... hammer down more protein @ dinner, with a green veg... then a big ass whey shake @ night... with some flax...
