ckd diet critique please!!

ok so i started ckd today...im 6'1 210lbs about 11%bf so i have about 185 lbs of lean body mass..im working out 4 days a week weights and doing some cardio the other 3 days. im going to give you guys todays diet and its pretty much gonna be the same every day of the week if it looks ok:

i forgot to add that on friday evening till sunday morning i will be consuming between 840-1000 grams of carbs, i will start with high gi carbs then go to low gi for the latter part of the refeed. fats will be very low during this period.

By your profile it says you are a probodybuilder have you ever used this diet in the past? I am no pro bodybuilder but am successfully on my 7th week on this diet and contest it works wonders. In my opinion you want to keep nuts to a miniumum they have a decent amout of carbs especially peanut butter. even almonds have 6g carbs per serving. I would focus on the beginning at keeping your fat at a deceent amount. if this is your first time doing this diet it is going to feel weird ingetsing this much fat, but trust me you will need it especially for those grueling workouts. I am 5" 201 I try to keep my protein between 165-200grams, carbs under 10, Fat at about 180-200grams. I supplement with Coconut oil and flaxseed oil to keep my fat intake up without having to eat too much animal fat. Also a suggestion alot of guys will do almost an atkins phase (no carbs) for 2 straight weeks to get the body into a deep ketosis state. M biggest suggestion is stick to the numbers but listen to your body if you feel lke your dragging ass in the gym add some fat to your diet, donot keep your fat low!
 
thanks assiason - no im not a pro body builder lol, its elite's ranking system according to posts...good point on the nuts although i have read many people eating this sort of thing..my carbs are still under 30 so its in traget range...i also heard to not carb up for the first 2 weeks to go into deep ketosis before carbing up
