scorpio - nahh my husband did that last night! hee hee. He came home so he will definitley crack that whip, if I cheati cause I am wasting too much money if I fail (must repeat that daily) Kinda like it would be too much money for him if he cheated HAHAHAH

hack sqat 4x12=machine
dips 3x12
concentration curl 2x12=25
reverse pulley curl 2x12= (not sure have never done them before so we will see)
incline curl 3x12=20
30 min cardio (treadmill)

running late, slept in....
 
have a good workout!

i don't know how you people get up in the mornign and lift...i just can't do it

thank you, trust me I wouldn't but, it is the only time the gym has daycare. :)
