No sticker for me today, yesterday was bad, I ate breakfast, had meal 2 then got really busy, ended up ordering pizza and before I knew it I had 8 pieces and about 8 cookies that my daughter and I baked
but then I didn't eat anything after that!?
I see my trainer again today. So as per my trainer: deep tissue massage followed by massages there after! new poses and new pics tonight or tomorrow.
The diet still the same, she told me what is done is done (about yesterday, she just said watch the sodium!)
