No sticker for me today, yesterday was bad, I ate breakfast, had meal 2 then got really busy, ended up ordering pizza and before I knew it I had 8 pieces and about 8 cookies that my daughter and I baked :rolleyes: but then I didn't eat anything after that!? :)

I see my trainer again today.

weight 140

15min cardio
shrugs 3x12=25
upright row 4x12=45
rear delt fly 3x12=70
military press 2x12=25
side lateral raise 2x12=10
30 min cardio

2 whole wheat bread

ps.. Hello my name is ck and I am a carb addict, I have enjoyed carbs most of my life, however most recently like yesterday my cravings have gotten out of control. I need help....ahhhhh LOL!

C'mon CK! Just say "No!" to lots of carbs. ;) You're so close to competing. I know you can do it! Hopefully all the pizza and cookies got it out of your system for a while. :heart:

I see my trainer again today. So as per my trainer: deep tissue massage followed by massages there after! new poses and new pics tonight or tomorrow. The diet still the same, she told me what is done is done (about yesterday, she just said watch the sodium!)
