Today was the 5th time i did chest this year. Had to lay off cause of shoulder issues. But today was awesome. Did 265 10 sets of 10 reps. Then a max rep of 405. Feel great no shoulder pain. Want over 500lbs raw again
I'd like to know how the 10x10 works for you. I started doing it with the same weight last week and fuck did it make me sore. I actually am still a bit sore a week after the workout. Are you doing anything else besides flat bench in this particular workout?
