My chest has.been lacking right now I am doing working chest twice a week. I'm doing one day barbell regular, barbell incline, DB flys incline DB flys. Second day I do DB flat and DB incline. Should I add decline? I wanna start doing chest dip.but I have trouble with elbow cracking.
