chest/back

I liked it so much last week that I decided to continue it.

Incline Barbell Press - 275 - 5X5
Flat Press - 295 - 10X2

Bar Rows - 275 - 3X5
Face Pulls - 50 - 30X2

Chest work felt smooth and I can definitely go up for next week.
Back was really good too. I went with the 3X5 bc I did my first set slower than usual (cadence wise) and I could only get 3 strict reps. I thought it made sense to continue the pace.
Workout lasted 45 minutes. Tremendous pump!

Overtraining lol :FRlol:

ps..........Thanx B-Fold and Cheese for the videos for Face Pulls. Spatts also for the pic demo. They felt good and I will definitely keep them going!

Thanx B. I am climbing....slowly but surely. The real mission is not in the gym for me....It's the fact that I have to eat so god damn much just to keep the ball rolling. I have a small idea as to what it must be like for you and the calories. Whew!
