ok bro...try doin incline bench for your frst exercise and then flat dumbell press and maybe finish with some cable crossovers/flyes etc.....
As for triceps, i read in an old ironman mag that some people end up plateaued on tris for years whilst trying everything to avoid it. They also recommend supersets for plateaued people such as reverse bench press with bench dips or ez bar extensions with parallel bar dips.
Variety is the key to end a frustrating plateau...also try your pushdowns at the end as a finisher, it doesnt tend to add that much mass.
