Last nite when i was out i ran into someone who knew me before i worked out..

when i was thinner.. but not muscular... and had 36c's, and not 34b's..

Anyhow he is a personal trainer.. overal was quite impressed with ym transformation.. but suggested i stop working on ym chest before it disappears...

Shadow.. Sassy.. Daisy your opinions.. will i gain/lose anything by neglecting this area for a short time?

your help is appreciated

I'm not any of those three people, but here's my 2 cents:

Your loss of chest size is fat loss. My chest has dropped 2 sizes as well. Any weight activities you do involving chest will NOT make it smaller. In fact, it will add muscle mass to your chest.

Word.

It is likely you were "skinny fat" before, which caused your boobs to be bigger. Now that you are more muscular, with lower BF, you naturally lost some breast size.

It is not the chest activities, but the overall BF loss.

^^ Yep, yep, yep....

The boobages are mostly fat & breast tissue..... bf loss affects this area as well.....

Doing chest work will help your "girls" to sit higher a bit cuz the muscle will help "hold them up."

^ what she said

Yep --- its not muscle, its fat. (As it was meant to be.) Here's an example of "chest loss" -- a girl I knew did her first major comp where she developed an incredible set of pecs but went from a 36D to a 36A. I wish I could remember her final chest measurements (not bust) and her final bodyfat was near6%. She went back & bought a new set of 36D's, but its the fat. That's a hard one to deal with because if you want the bust, you need to maintain the fat with it (proporationally around your body because you can't spot reduce OR spot increase fat ..LMAO!). Or buy 'em. You can build up your pecs some for a nice raised surface for the breast tissue & fat to sit on top of, but it ain't quite the same.

Honestly, I had barely nothing to start with. Pretty much didn't see the point in wearing a bra at one point. So I bought 'em. Problem solved. (Just need to drop a few quarters in the jar every week for "retreads" when needed...)

Ill just add that this is the one reason I suggest doing incline work only(90% of the time) for women...

Can you elaborate a bit??

yeah....

upper chest work will help provide the illusion of cleavage as well as "raise" the breasts....(Ill catch heat for syaing that) this also helps if there is sagging due to losing size in that area

Top Bottom
