When on cheat days (which is every weekend for me), is it a good idea to drink a few protein shakes to keep your protein intake high? My cheat day protein is probably only around 100g if not less.

generally on cheat, you dont really hafta worry about protein, carb, and fat counts. but you always wanna get enough protein. however, usually if you're eating whatever you want, people have more carbs than usual...so keep your fats down if you are one of those people.

On cheat days I usually eat alot of bread and cereal, since those are my favorite foods, so my carbs are pretty high but I don't eat many fats at all, nor sugars. My only protein I get are from the meat I have a dinner and my cheat days fall right after my chest and leg days. I'm not hurting my chest and leg gains by eatting little protein after it? I do up my protein alot the day before cheat days to make up for it kind of. I notice my chest and legs always stay the most sore out of all my muscle groups, but I think thats just because they are the largest muscle groups.

I'd say don't worry about it. As long as you're truly sticking to your diet the rest of the week, eat what you want on cheat day. You'll still likely get a decent amount of protein.

I'm not cutting, I'm bulking. I decided that I am gonna bulk all school year then next summer I am going to do a CKD diet to cut up. If I cut now I'd dissipear :D
