So I thought I was some sort of Olympic power lifter and was doing some snatch n clings and threw on a extra 50lbs n snapped my bad knee back, I didn't fall on the ground or anything an was still able to do cardio this morning but this is some scarry shit, took al
ost a year to baby it back to squating an I might of jacked it up with one dumb move :(

Dude I'm sorry but you can't count your box squat as a regular squat at all, your box squats were barely to parallel and box squats done like you did them are WAY easier than regular squats, The first time I box squatted I could do 285 for reps on parallel box squats, and that was when I just started squatting.


Agreed. I go pretty damn far down, and i was also using light weight. Last workout i hit 185x5x2 for my squat ATG, and it wasn't too hard.
 
no shit i know a box squat is differant to an ATG squat i was kidding around with you because you and tblock kept telling me how my squat and DL are falling further and further behind and I was happy because I put 88lbs on my box squat in 9 days by adjusting my form
