no shit i know a box squat is differant to an ATG squat i was kidding around with you because you and tblock kept telling me how my squat and DL are falling further and further behind and I was happy because I put 88lbs on my box squat in 9 days by adjusting my form

dude i don't think he needs to chill right now, he;s just making a point that he goes atg and it's very different than box squats lol keep the competition going :evil:

I don't understand why you allow somebody else to get to you. Why does it matter what anybody thinks unless you allow it to matter to you?

Hell...you could keep telling me how you will be stronger than me in x number of years, etc and it would make zero difference to my training and my life - zilch. So don't jail yourself into that limited mindset of racing on these lifts. For you especially this would be most unwise because you're just coming off an injury and you of all people know what it means to be out of the game. And you have the most to lose because you are susceptible to injuries since you are not at your 100%. So don't get stuck in this rut.

I am saying this for your own benefit.

I just had my weekly carb/refeed meal

10g leucine
10g creatine mono
4 low fat poptarts 160g cho
3 servings cinnamon toast crunch 75g cho
3 servings capt crunch 75g cho
8oz skim milk 12g cho
4 fig newtons 50g cho

That's around 375g of carbs in less than thirty minutes. I'm about to go into a carb coma lol

You also can't shave for a minimum of 1 month and must listen to a complete Slayer album.

Had you eaten double the pop tarts it might have counter acted the "light" and CAN BE acceptable if they are someone else's pop tarts. But if you bought the light versions...
