iv only worked out once this week because Iv been so tired iv been falling asleep when I get back from school
I could workout tomorrow but it would have to be in the morning and I hate trainig mornings, And somehow I would have to fit all of this into 1 workout haha:

abs
weighted dips
chins
lateral raises
behind neck press
skullcrushers
forearms
lol by the looks of it Ill have to skip aload of stuff or take some food to the gym and take a quick break to eat...
