not bad - its just a matter of getting your brain to do it.

You see how your arms go forward? well all you need to do is keep them above you. You just have to teach your brain to do this. And maybe you lack shoudler flexibility? :)

Hey it took me a good few weeks to get it, just keep pulgging, it will come. Get some bands or towel and do some shoulder swings/disolcates to lossen up the shoudlers before doing them

When I first did them I was all tensed up like you are, it's very easy to do, just that you don't know how yet. All of a sudden it will just happen. For me it was a matter of relaxing and letting my body do it - I was tensing all the wrong muscles.

If anything your arms should be moving back.

try adding plates to it (only 10lbs or something)

and you will soon find out why your arms should move back.

the weight needs to be inline with your centre of gravity.
