Indeed. I've "changed up" my lifting regimen at times where I incorporate a high rep/low weight/minimal rest circuit type regimen. It's so exhausting and there's been more than one occasion where I thought I was going to puke. I've never been that winded doing treadmill work or trail running.Weights as cardio FTW.
