it all depends on how much fat you want to lose... I would do low intensity long duration cardio 4-5 times per week, in the morning preferably..
low intensity would be walking at 3.5mph @15degree incline for 30 minutes, then running at 6-7mph for 10-15 minutes at 0degree incline... This will make your carb:fat ratio more towards fat. So you will be burning fat rather than carbs
