plain tuna out of the can get old real quick - i suggest making a big batch of tuna salad for the whole week.
here is an awsome recipe i made up
5 - 6oz. cans of tuna
5 - hard boiled eggs chopped
1/2 cup - chopped red onions
2 tbsp - sweet relish
2 tbsp - fat free mayo
2 tbsp - olive oil
1 tbsp - mustard
mix it all up - ditch a couple or all of the egg yolks if you don't want the extra fat - this recipe tastes great and with 2 pieces on wheat bread you get 45g of protien - also good on keto diet
