Well i just finished my cycle about 3 weeks ago, and right now im 5'11 235 13% bf. And im very aware that diet and cardio are the way to get cut up and lean.. and gettin the gear from my friend is the way iv always done, i tell him all my stats at that point in time, tell him the goals id like to achieve.. and he builds it up for me.. before he gives it to me he tells me everything he ordered and i go off and try to learn about them....and also im not just messing with steroids bc its spring break. i am absolutely still a beginner but iv got 4 cycles under my belt and by no means do i think thats alot or even close to being alot. Iv just always done bulking cycles and never wanted to cut. and i was planning on bulking up all summer, but i dont want to anymore. so im very inexperienced when it comes to cutting cycles. im used to eating like 300-400 grams or protein a day and huge meals.. and i knwo obviously i cant do that right now so i was asking for a little help on the diet part. but its ok ill just read up on my own.. thanks anyway
