Whats goin on fellas, im going to cancun in June, i was planning on bulkin all summer but i guess my plans have to change. i realy wasnt prepared to do a cutter but im going to have to now.. my friend has my gear on the way.. i dont know exactly what it is yet all he said was he'll get me as cut up as he can in the time frame i gave him. i trust him so im not worried about the gear, i know it will be what i need.. now my question is diet...i think my diets gonna have to be pretty extreme to cut as much as i want to in such a short time. so do any of you guys have any ideas? im gonna be hitting cardio an hour a day monday to friday. and change my workout to low weight lots and lots of reps.. so realy all i need to get dialed in is my diet.. so let me have it fellas what do you think?
