can u loose muscle by cardio or low-no carb?

hey i want abs ..is it possible to acjieve them without a fat burner? wut is the best diet for them....can i loose muscle on a low carb and no cardio? or can i loose muscle by moderate carb and cardio...(cardio 3 days a week 30 min)
 
Well, to give you a little longer answer than Diamond, I think the diet is the most important thing. Try doing a CKD type diet with cardio in the mornings before you eat anything. Don't go nuts on the cardio though 20 minutes is plenty, if you are doing HIIT training 10-15 minutes is plenty. Lift weights 3 to 4 x a week, cardio 3 x week. Keep your calories just slightly below maintenance level while in ketosis. This works excellent for me. If I can help you anymore just drop me an e-mail.
 
i think that its a combination of both diet and cardio. cut your carbs a little, maybe a 50/30/20 diet, p/c/f. i would also use a fat burner in the morning and then do 20-30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times/week. stick to this for about 4-8 weeks depending on where your at right now and i think you will like the results. good luck bro
 
pick a diet,stay with the diet,dont rush throught the diet,, if it takes 3months it takes 3months.......DO KILL METABOLISM
 
will whey before cardio preserve muscle? or is it better to do it on an empty stomach....can u loose muscle by doin 20 min of cardio before losing fat???
 
i do absolutely no cardio before a show until maybe the last few weeks....that's a big maybe. cardio burns muscle, even if you are gettin enough protein why take the risk? i use fat burners for no more than 3 weeks at time and take at least 2 weeks off to allow my body not to get used to them. eat protein (chicken, turkey, fish-tuna, cod) with brocc. and spinach every meal. i would eat 3 solid meals along with 2 protein drinks per day(one post-workout). take an anti-oxidant and extra vit. c. every monday and thursday night eat a carb load meal for your fifth meal of that day. 1/2 cup oatmeal, 6-8 oz. sweet potato, 1 med. banana, 1 cup veggies with 1 tbsp butter. if you do do cardio, do it on an empty stomach before breakfast. i take the fat burners 45 minutes before my cardio(if i do it) otherwise i take it before i work out. hope this helps. this diet is low fat, low carb, but high in protein. i went from8%BF to 5% in 4 1/2 weeks.

Does cardio really burn off that much muscle where you can't afford to do any cardio at all?
