i do absolutely no cardio before a show until maybe the last few weeks....that's a big maybe. cardio burns muscle, even if you are gettin enough protein why take the risk? i use fat burners for no more than 3 weeks at time and take at least 2 weeks off to allow my body not to get used to them. eat protein (chicken, turkey, fish-tuna, cod) with brocc. and spinach every meal. i would eat 3 solid meals along with 2 protein drinks per day(one post-workout). take an anti-oxidant and extra vit. c. every monday and thursday night eat a carb load meal for your fifth meal of that day. 1/2 cup oatmeal, 6-8 oz. sweet potato, 1 med. banana, 1 cup veggies with 1 tbsp butter. if you do do cardio, do it on an empty stomach before breakfast. i take the fat burners 45 minutes before my cardio(if i do it) otherwise i take it before i work out. hope this helps. this diet is low fat, low carb, but high in protein. i went from8%BF to 5% in 4 1/2 weeks.
