Can someone please review my diet?

Well, here's my diet! please take a look at it, I need some advice, (I'm trying to get CUT).

8:30 - 3 egg whites, 1 tuna sandwich.

workout

12:00 - 2 pieces of chiken, meat or fish, with a

banana.

3:00 - Fat free Yogurt, (with some grapes)

6:00 - 2 egg whites,2 slides of ham, 1 glass of

milk

9:00 - 1 tuna sandwich, 1 eggwhite.

I'm trying to eliminate all types of sodas
once in a while i'll get a diet coke.

on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, I mostly
go out to eat (at night, for the 9:00 meal)
and well sometimes it varies depending
where I eat.
 
looking a little bit low on the calories here but i am not sure of your weight.....i would look to go no lower than weight X12 as you will start to lose muscle (unless you are on some kind of gear)..reevaluate your quantity of calories you dont want to go into starvation and slow your metabolism down....

I'm 200lbs, around 15 or 16 bf%, yep i'm on gear.

please guys help meh with my diet! :)

I just started cutting and this is what i have eaten yesterday. shoot for atleast 1 gram of protien /pounds body weight and have to cardio.

6am:66g whey protien shake mixed with water. ECA or NYC or Clen

9:00am 6 egg whites with 2 pieces dry whole wheat toast.

10am work out 1.5 hours.

12pm: 66g whey protien shake mixed with water, ECA or NYC or Clen


2 pm: full large can chicken breast meat, with fat free miracle whip and 4 pieces of bread.

4pm 66g whey protien shake mixed with water, ECA or NYC or Clen

6:30pm 2 grilled chicken breasts with veggies.

9pm 40 grams fat free cottage chese with fat free 1,000 island dressing mixed in for flavor.

11:30pm 66g whey protien shake mixed with water

substitite salmon, cod, mahi, chicken, tuna steak for main meals.

If you are not really hungry in 2 to 3 hours, your eating to much (especially carbs).
 
Well, I'll be back to L.A Fitness the 14th of March, cuz right i'm in Colombia, came for some vacations, cuz we're in Carnivals!!! :)
and, well I'm here until March 14th, I guess i'll be going after march 17 (around that date)..

Are you going like these days?
How's the gym :P

Btw, one of the best personal trainers is the colombian dude :P (nothing personal hehe) but well, he's like a white not so tall guy, shaved head..

You got pics? maybe I could remember ya from before. btw where are you from?.
