My goals are to trim up, do not really want much bulk, I would like to accomplish a thin look with ripped muscle... I already eat healthy except on weekends, but my only issue is that I love Vodka.... I have been reading many forums about this lifestyle and want to get involved but not in a professional way just for myself... My questions would be what to stack to accomplish this?
There are many like you. I'd say most people here are more like gymrats and don't do this professionally. Most as HAYEZ puts it, competes for the pussy.
A good start will be:
1. Extending a healthy diet into the weekends. At most have a cheat day or cheat meals. 2 cheats days will keep you from making fast progress.
2. Alcohol wreaks havoc on the body in many ways when consumed in excess. I'd say that very few genetically gifted people could look "ripped" while binging on alcohol with any consistency.
If you're talking about 4 vodka drinks a week then that's not a big deal. Having 15 shots on friday night, bloody mary's saturday morning, beer drinking all day saturday, 15 shots saturday night, boody mary's on sunday morning followed by light maintenance drinking sunday afternoon and night will keep you looking like the Pillsbury dough boy.
