can I take carnitine before bed

I train at night when i get home i jump in the shower and go to sleep I want to try L-carnitine out for weight loss, it won't keep up all night right?
Already taking n2slin and loving the results from it, just looking for something to add to it.
 
L-Carnitine is an amino acid. It is not a hormone or a stimulant so it is safe to take before bed and won't effect sleep in any way.

Look into cardarine. It will do a lot more for fat loss then L-carnitine. It isn't a hormone or stimulant either and is also safe to take before bed.

You can take it whenever you want. It works but in such small significance that I doubt you will see any difference.

Now for the same buck you can get a legit fat burner like cardarine. Of course do some reading beforehand if that is something what you want, but so far I am enjoying every bit of it when I incorporate it in my cutting periods.
 
It will not keep you up but it will also not produce any noticeable results. You will want to look at something like Cardarine for fat loss.
 
There is absolutely no problem in taking it before bed, or at any other point of the day, so you can surely use it whenever you want to. However, I would rather opt for other alternatives that are more cost effective. Of course, if money is not an issue for you, then you can definitely use it as an addition to your supplemental stack, but if you count your money, then choose some other alternatives.
