can I stil use mi caffein it's expired



im going to do ec stack but the caffeine that I broght is expired like 10 month ago can I stil use it?? also whats the best way to do ec stack im going to do it for 1 month do I use it every day 7 days or just the days that I go to the gym 5 days??

normally, there is a 3-6 months "cushion period" in medicaments (so says my sister in law, which is a pharmacist with a laboratory)... so after that time is gone, you will not get poisoned (as many of us think) but chances are the medicament has lost it's properties...

so at best, it will do nothing for you. As for when to take it, somebody else can answer that better than me (no idea on EC stacks)
