I've gotten myself on track and started eating clean again. Right now I'm aiming for 40/30/30 (40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fat). At present I'm not able to re-join a gym due to financial reasons. I figure I will eat clean and re-join the gym in a month or a month and a half (when I will have the money), at which point i'l begin weight training again. Do you think I will still be able to see some results with diet and walking alone, without weight training for the next month and a half?
