Calorie Question

Not to be a pain but, after all this discussion, I still have no idea which formula to use as a guide to calories & what range to shoot for daily...... ugh!

Why don't you get a trainer to do the calculation at your gym, some gyms do it for free.

My gym has NO trainers..... don't do BF testing either.....

yep......the key is to fluctuate between 1450 and 1740...

YES......have a postworkout shake on training days and drop it on off days.

easy....
