Healty fats.
Fish, olive oil, nuts. Etc.

BEEF! You can also add nut-oil to some of your foods AND shakes, add calories and is healthy too.

1 lb of ground beef is close to 2000 calories if I'm not mistaken. I eat around 1.5 lb of ground beef and 1lb of chicken everyday. Throw in some olive oil or some dressings. Look for productive carbs. Sweet potato, Buck Wheat, French fries!!! Mixed nuts are usually high in calories.

Avocados. They have good fats and are calorie dense. Add them to sandwiches, salads and anything else you can think of.

Smoothies are also a good choice. You can add sweet potato, avocado, nuts, (grind them first), cooked oatmeal, your protein powder, ground flax seeds, a little cinammon, nutmeg. You can easily make a 1000 cal. drink and just down those suckers. I make one that's about 600 cals. There's a ton of options and it's so easy, healthy and portable. Get yourself a blender, if you don't have one.

Put dry oats in the blender.y mix untill its a powder. Add 2 scoops in to every protein shake. Also whole grain tortillas with a shit load of peanut butter and a banana, roll it up. Drink whole milk. Also try n2bulk.

Make sure the cals u eat are clean or you will just add fat.
