call for training journals

Ok... so i am finally starting to get off my lazy ass and add some stuff to my site.

the first thing i am interested in are training journals. I have gotten the go-ahead from a few people to publish theirs. You will see them soon.


What is required:

You *ARE* training for or *HAVE* trained for the meet in which the journal was kept.

You are willing to keep it relatively updated (every other day is nice but once a week is good too).

I am trying to follow the format of Ano's. It is HTML with the most recently done days at the top, descending backwards.

You learn how to use FTP to upload it directly to the site. This is easy. I can walk you through this.

i think this is a great idea. it's nice to see what other people are doing. i like what jim did on elitefts in the articles section describing not only the log but saying what mistakes he made and what he would have done different given the opportunity.
