Nice V shape. You're pretty lean already, so why not just eat more? I have been force feeding myself for the last 5 weeks and have gained 20 lbs.
I can't tell for sure, but it seems like you could consume more of everything. Maybe a half cup of oatmeal added to your shakes and maybe a shake right before bed. Also, it has been so long since I had a breakfast without eggs that I'd forgotten that it was possible not to have them.
I agree that simple carbs post workout are a must. They replinish glycogen in this important "window" and create an insulin spike which forces your body to make muscle out of the protein you are consuming with the carbs or right after.
BTW, were you testing yourself for a hernia in the first pic? J/K
