Hi guys, im a 22 year old male, who is 160 pounds, 5'8 and a half inches tall, 32 inch waist, and im pretty lean. Im guessing my bodyfat percentage is mabye 13%? Anyways, i want to lose bodyfat, but not muscle. What would be the daily calorie intake for me? 1600? Im going to start the zone diet and dont know how many calories i need to eat to burn fat and not muscle. I woud like to burn 10 pounds of body fat. Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
