When you use the step mill, what do you mean by "double stepping" ? Like running on it?

I run when it's at level 12 or above (depending on the step mill)... double stepping means two steps at t time, long stride, high knee ups & Glute squeeze... as if you were walking up regular stairs just skipping a step inbetween :) ... NOT pulling with your arms, just pushing thru your heel with ALL of your leg, glute, calves into play

I'll have more after I get spray tanned .. I'll post some before Mem. Day & after I'm sure :)

Well my calves are 16" and Quads 23", both 2" up from last year, they were Q' 21" & C's 14" last May ... so THAT deff. helps since I got this "V" to work with ... I've been told on more than one occasion my 'legs are huge' ... but they are beautiful, and will be better ... :rose:

I would normally say HERE TAKE SOME AWAY, but I'm learning to embrace what I was blessed with & wrok hard for, daily, slowly, but at least learning 'acceptance' ... :rose:

I'm so glad to hear about that girl!!!! :heart: Vitamin C overdose ALWAYS helps me with beating off infections... It's great. I take a mild dose everyday and then I up it whenever I feel anything coming on! Good stuff.

Yea, when im coming down with any type of flue/illness i MEGADOSE of Vitamin C & Zinc. Always did the trick, either it helped completely, or it took half the time of everyone in the househould that was sick w/ me.

You look great in your photos bunny. I don't think your calves are weak! Are they the hardest for you to train? Slow to respond? I think they look good, but it's sort of hard to see super clearly for the lighting, but I really think they look good!!!!

Nooooooooooooooooo ... I was just cold from the Yohimburn :)

I will always remove layers as my body heats up to let the sweat expel from my body ... & buy dry fit like items to train in ... :) Or try to :) Can get $$$ :)

I'm dripping sweat either way usually :)
