Weight 165.0 lbs *** No change after last night’s TREAT meal … I don’t care, I feel like CRAP … it’s been worse… :D and I most likely WILL go to the gym later to do something .. not sure yet… ***

Multi’s Source Naturals LIFE FORCE MULTIPLE - 2-4 caps 1 X day with meals
Green Tea Extract – Scott’s finest – 1-2 caps 3 X a day
Cardio Breeze – ***Not sure on dosing of this*** ... 1-2 caps in my supp bottle if needed
Yohimburn ES– Full body application if I ever go to the gym ...
PureCEE – 4 caps sometime today for recovery even if I don't train
Glucorell-R – 1 to 2 caps 15 – 30 prior to each meal
Thermorexin – ***Not sure on dosing of this*** ... 1-2 caps in my supp bottle if needed
ALCAR – 2 caps AM, 2 caps afternoon, 2 caps PM
Tyr2 – 2 caps AM, 2 caps afternoon, 2 caps PM

• ~ 4 oz Fit N Easy Chicken Breast Tenderloins, grilled from fresh in Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic & Lemon Pepper, with spray of Fat Free EVOO, added 1/2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil prior to eating
• 1/2 Cup Green beans
• ~ 4.5 oz Granny Smith Apple

***Diet Pepsi***

2:45 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• ~ 4 oz Fit N Easy Chicken Breast Tenderloins, grilled from fresh in Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic & Lemon Pepper, with spray of Fat Free EVOO, added 1/2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil prior to eating
• 1/2 Cup Green beans
• ~ 4.5 oz Granny Smith Apple or Banana

I'll have more after I get spray tanned .. I'll post some before Mem. Day & after I'm sure :)

Well my calves are 16" and Quads 23", both 2" up from last year, they were Q' 21" & C's 14" last May ... so THAT deff. helps since I got this "V" to work with ... I've been told on more than one occasion my 'legs are huge' ... but they are beautiful, and will be better ... :rose:

I would normally say HERE TAKE SOME AWAY, but I'm learning to embrace what I was blessed with & wrok hard for, daily, slowly, but at least learning 'acceptance' ... :rose:

:D Thank you very much! BTW I do have ab veins (ala Profile pic...) and I will get them on camera, lighting all around my condo just stinks for pic taking ... How's dat for 16-17% bf, 165 lbs ... ? :D lol :rolleyes: (You KNOW I'm kidding)
