3:50 P.M. - 2 Glucorell-R, 500 mg D-Root, multi
4:00 P.M. - Starving (again)!!
Meal #3 -
-Baby Spinach
Fat free ranch
Tyson roasted chicken breast, diced
15 blueberries
- Two Servings Reduced Fat Wheatables
48oz water

6:30 P.M. - caffeine free diet pepsi, 3 gluc, 3 Levorex

7:00 P.M. – Meal #4 -
- 6 oz lean chicken cooked in xtra v.oliveoil
- Red Skinned Potato
- 1/2 cup Fat Free Cheese - all I had
- 3 cups steamed broccoli
- 48 oz water
- caffeine free diet pepsi

Ok just noticed these spots...

broken blood vess? bruising?scratches?

When I was in the hottub the jets were on these areas, but others as well for the same amount of time :( Is this normal?

Were you leaning on something on your left side? Did you have clothes / towel covering the that side that might've been rubbing into your skin on that side? See if it's there tomorrow.

nah, everything sat below my hips and nothing tight on the thighs...

weird, I was in a panic for a minute lol
