Need to eat again soon, the go train my ass off today doing SOMETHING outside ... after I walk puppy, walk to gym 1.5 miles each way .. I WANT to sprint though AND do stairs ... ugh it'll work itself out ... I'm going to wing it ... :)

Heading to the kitchen ... scared lol :evil: temptation everywhere

Weight ~ 76 kg (My scale won’t get out of kg mode…( ~167 lbs).. :D Tested it after last nights mini fat load with an extra meal … worked beautifully, no change, feel great, a bit vascular too :) … just a little though …

Women’s Ultra Mega Multi - 4 caps sometime
Green Tea Extract – Scott’s finest – 2 caps Afternoon 2 Caps PM
Cardio Breeze – 2 caps AM post waking
Yohimburn ES– Pre workout …
PureCEE – 2 caps AM 2 Caps Pre training <MAYBE 2 caps PM, not sure
Glucorell-R – 1 to 2 caps 15 – 30 prior to each meal
Thermorexin – 1 Cap with Meal 2 … 1-2 caps afternoon
ALCAR – 2 caps AM 2 caps midday 2 PM
Tyr2 – 2 caps AM 2 caps midday 2 PM
Glucosamine & Chondroitin w/ MSM – 2 caps 2 -3 x a day ...
Levorex - 4 caps 3 x a day
Sesapure – 1 to 2 caps 2-3 x a day (may shoot for 1 cap to see if this is the cause for my headaches … at least the ones I CAN control)

• ½ Cup Quaker Oatmeal w/ cinnamon & Splenda
• 1 Medium Granny Smith Apple

11:00 ish A.M. – No scale to weigh here
Meal # 2 :
• 6 oz Grilled Chicken Breast (cooked from Fresh In Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic + EVOO for WOK)
• 1/2 Cup Green Beans
• ~ 8 oz Sweet Potato (skin NOT eaten … blech looked nasty)

2:30 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• 6 oz Grilled Chicken Breast (cooked from Fresh In Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic + EVOO for WOK)
• ¾ Cup Green Beans
• ~ 4 oz Sweet Potato (skin not eaten)

STAIRS

Stairs - ~ 120 steps to the top
• walk UP / Run down (always on your toes…& pushing off toes) X 2
• Ran UP / Run down (always on your toes…& pushing off toes) X 5

***People get winded walking up these ONCE … Running one, my HR has gotten up to 190+ easy … ***



SPRINTS

SPRINTS – 10 sprints…. 4 marks (Garbage Cans & signs spaced out probably 20 – 25 yards apart)

ROUND 1

Mark 1 – Start … Slow Jog to Mark 2 ...30% max
Mark 2 – Run to Mark 3 ...60% max
Mark 3 – Sprint to Mark 4 .. run thru Mark 4 .. ...70-85% max
Mark 4 – Wince as your walking back for some more :) … repeat X 5

ROUND 2

Mark 1 – Start … Slow Run to Mark 2 ...50% max
Mark 2 – Increase speed.. Already Sprinting when I hit 3 ...70% max
Mark 3 – Sprint thru to Mark 4 .. ...90-100 % max
Mark 4 – Wince as your walking back for some more :) … repeat X 5

***with every sprint 5-10 … I told myself … “Four more, no matta what … Three more, no matta what, Two more no matta what, Last one, no matta what …”

STRETCH … My shins are awake….

TOTALLY sprinters high … bouncing off walls, smiles, seriously orgasmic in a way … heehee ;)

Yup I am with ya'll on staying away from the scale for a while and relying COMPLETELY on the mirror and on how I feel each day... because last time I got on scale it scared me so I haven't been back since although my clothes aren't quite as snug as they had got! :)

I updated my sprint w/o above if you want to check it out ... :) Prolly just confuse you but I tried to explain it a little :)
