) ... although I don't chat/grind etc anymore, I can hear feel & sense my jaw joints may be out of alignment.
So I'm trying all remedies to ease this, without having to consider the surgery route...
It's been a long time ... My teeth are really pretty white but I often get tooth aches .. esp in one area that I need to be addressed ... my tooth 'shifts' back & forth & sometimes feels like I have food stuck under there .. even AFTER I floss , then it's gone... To add to that ... I was told the stress in my life (this was pre "C") brought on what may be TMJ, and during that period I was chattering my teeth when I slept at times (dang emotional $41T, so yes I am 'mental'iceprincess said:GOOOOOOOOOO DENTIST!!
