Hey girl, I am NOT a fan of side or front lats at all. It's ok to stick with the 5 lbs - you do not have to bump it up to 8 because you think the 5's are 'too light'...
Focus on your
form and stick to Shadow's
TUT with the 5 lbs. IMO, there's no use in bumping up to 8lbs when your form is compromised and your just rushing through the movements, esp if you end up using your body to swing the weight up. You will hurt more than help yourself...
