Bunny,
Do you have any tips for me for doing the side laterals. I normally do 5/12 8/12 8/12, and to be honest with ya, I can barely get through the 2nd one of the 2nd set. Are my arms that weak? Out of all exercises that's the one I struggle with the most, with overhead tricep extensions coming in a close 2nd.

Hey girl, I am NOT a fan of side or front lats at all. It's ok to stick with the 5 lbs - you do not have to bump it up to 8 because you think the 5's are 'too light'...

Focus on your form and stick to Shadow's TUT with the 5 lbs. IMO, there's no use in bumping up to 8lbs when your form is compromised and your just rushing through the movements, esp if you end up using your body to swing the weight up. You will hurt more than help yourself...

- 6 oz lean chicken cooked in xtra v.oliveoil, italian seasoning
- small baked potato, 1/4 cup sharp cheddar
- steamed broccoli

yep......as a side note


rep range will drop severely next week.....so you can go a bit heavier next week........thisis all about cycling intensity and stimuli in the gym

7:15 A.M. - Yohimburn ES
7:30 A.M. - 15 Minute Warm Up
HIIT – Arc Trainer 45 sec Full Incline (10) Resistance (70), 75 sec. Recovery Incline (5) Resistance (35)
10 CYCLES - *i HAD to pump one more great cycle out, Sorry Shadow*
8:15 A.M. – 1 Glucorell-R, 500 mg D-Root
Meal # 1:
Protein shake
1 scoop of ISOPURE
1 teaspoon creatine
1 teaspoon glutamine powder
9:10 A.M. – Rest of Diet Pepsi from yesterday
