Your doing great even if those scales are not tipping, as long as u are happy with the cutting up and the FAT loss and muscle GAIN thats great! Im so happy when i read a post that realizes the scale is not the judge, the mirror is =]

Ab-so-fuggin-lutely... I can honestly care less about the scale right now, the more it drops, the more worried I am I'm losing muscle.. the BF tracking states otherwise... but I am realistic and know that will taper.. but like we said before, enjoy it while it lasts right?

I cannot believe I ever let a scale, the number, EVER crush me ... wtf was I thinking ... lesson learned!
