I honestly think it's from the lack of food & I took those GNC Multi caps ... If I don't take them with a huge tater (i.e. like T-Rex banana) I get sick to my stomach ... Guess my meals from today weren't enough ...

Feel MUCH better now ... yummy oatmeal

YEP, I get sick as heck if I don't take my GNC vits with food. I actually used to go all the way though... No dry heaving. It was just to much for my stomach to handle. You're right about taking them with carbs because I would take them with like a chicken salad and that did no good.

I used it to do shrugs ... (same with him) ... for me though, per our last convo, when I grabbed the 60 lb DBs it felt like they were slipping, so of COURSE I go for the 65's right off the bat-a-tat-tat :D

FOR him, I didn't SEE it but he told me (the base is 45 lbs) + (3) 45's on each side + (2) 25's on each side + (1) 10 on each side + (1) 5 on each side ... so dats 445...

I need to work on my deads though ...

I'm at work, just finished a report and thought I'd check up on EF. The new GS report caught my eye - a profile on our Bunns!!! So I read it all - twice over and now I am sat here, in tears, feeling more kinds of different emotions than I can dare try and explain.
