One of the stops in St. Thmas had a GNC that I bought a bunch of zone bars in and protein powder. It was REALLY difficult to find protein throughout the day that wasn't fried, or greasy. Breakfast they had PB and I always grabbed a couple cartons of milk and stowed them away in my room in the icebox so I could have a protein shake later when all the grease pits were open, and milk wasn't available then...
