You'll do fine... Tips that I did... They had a sandwich bar open most of the time. I just ordered the turkey sandwich and ditched the bread. One of the stops in St. Thmas had a GNC that I bought a bunch of zone bars in and protein powder. It was REALLY difficult to find protein throughout the day that wasn't fried, or greasy. Breakfast they had PB and I always grabbed a couple cartons of milk and stowed them away in my room in the icebox so I could have a protein shake later when all the grease pits were open, and milk wasn't available then...
writing this down in my training journal... thanks girl :) Did you find your cals within your 'range'? higher? lower?

Cals are lower on my low carb days... 1462 is what I came up with. On my high carb days... I haven't got that far yet...It's a wierd diet for me tomorrow... I'll have to jimmy rig another one for tues and wed. Since I only had 10 oz. ground turkey I cooked up and that was supposed to be for two days... I have some fish in the freezer I can yank out. Looks like another trip to the grocery store 'cuz I'll be out of beef jerky and Pork rinds :)

8:30 A.M. - 500 mg D-Root, 3 PureCEE
Meal #1 - Protein Shake: 1 scoop Isopure, 1 teaspoon Glutamine

9:00 A.M. - 32 oz water, Diet Pepsi
