9:00 A.M. – 32 oz water, 500 mg D-Root
9:15 A.M. – 2 Glucorell-R
10:50 A.M. – ***Bridal Brunch*** was going to make this my cheat meal but opted not to
32 oz water
Plate of fruit (strawberries, Grapes, Cantaloupe, Pineapple) **so hard to eat just this**
2 T-Rex
11:20 A.M. – small glass of Sparkling Grape Juice for toast ( a sip)
1 Glucorell-R, Cup of fruit (same as above)
32 oz water
1:45 P.M. - 2 Glucorell-R, 2 T-Rex, 1 Levorex, 32 oz water
2:20 P.M. – 500 mg D-Root
Meal # 3:
baby spinach leaves
2 servings Tyson roasted chicken breast
1 tbsp Italian Dressing
One Serving Wheat Thins
32 oz water

For my reference: Totals for the day
Cals 754
Fat 17%, Carbs 44%, Protein 39%

Every pic was blurry and lighting came out horrible... I'm frustrated b/c the camera will re-focus while the photo is about to take, it's not for taking pics of yourself - I still need to buy my own BAH!
Oh well, life goes on and my dinner is about ready to pick up :chomp: :chomp: :chomp: BRING ON THE WINE NIGHT

Cals 580 / Carbs 85 / Fat 9 / Sat. Fat 3 / Fiber 5

Substituted extra steamed veggies for the rice (Broccoli & shredded Carrots)
- 3 oz Sterling Cabernet
- 64 oz water

6:00 P.M. - multi 500 mg D-Root

Damn that sounds good! I am such a corn on the cob junkie.. and its not on my diet. :(
