I've decided I'm not going to be posting a log until I figure out what I am doing & am actually training again
But for you .. here is it so far...
SO today's entry would consist of
- No training
- Meal 1: ~ 4-5 oz Perdue Carved Chicken, Yoplait Yogurt Strawberry & a med. Green apple
- Meal 2: ~ 3-4 oz Perdue Carved Chicken, ~1 Cup Green Beans, Large Handul Walnuts (I think)
- Meal 3: a med. Green apple & more Walnuts...
- about 5 L of water, more throughout the evening
- Usual Supp Load # 2, maybe last one before bed, I forgot my #3 last night b/c I passed out
- Will be adding about 3 more 1000 mg tabs of vitamin C throughout the evening
- Drink some type of tea, maybe blend my calming Tea with the Green Tea since the Green Tea tastes like crud & I hate the mint tinge
- Not sure on Meal 4,5 & 6 ... want to eat coldstone, have a glass of wine, and maybe eat a calzone & some ANPB
but that mix may make me hurl & my body hate me more than it already does, while also offering comfort & satisfaction .. so I am not too sure, just know I do NOT plan on cooking. I am craving a sweet Potato, which I have plenty of .. and plan to choke myself with a hot wet towel to relieve some tension on this stiff neck I can't seem to kick (thanks for the suggestion Treil) & then use my heating back for neck & body aches.
Macros?
I don't even wanna know, nor do I care ... lol .. If i do ANY of the above, they are not customized in my fitday, so I am not counting cals & taking the time to enter them in .. would be interesting to see though... just listening to body & cravings I guess .. see how that goes , emotions are all over the place as you can tell by this very colorful reply
