*** Not sure if I will make it to the gym today … Feeling a wee bit under the weather so we’ll see how it goes… Got in some good training Thursday (Chest, Back & Sprints) & Friday (Shoulder Destruction, Abs & PM Cardio :)) … haven’t trained arms (bi’s & Tris since BEFORE I went to see Treil) so I think those are on the list soon … :D Stupid Bunny missed another doc appt last week (oncologist) b/c they call my P’s house to remind me … :rolleyes: … SO next available was late sept early oct. .. I’m like “Ya prolly wanna go check with the doc, I’m sure he’ll fit me in …" and whaddya know, August 4th 10:15 am … so that sucks … I feel like, in the last few months, more so than not, I am constantly going through these transition periods … becoming more frequent … I want to say SOMETHING has got to give soon, but I don’t see that happening … ***

• 6 oz Tyson Oven ROasted Diced Grilled Chicken Breast
• ~ 1 Cup Cut Green Beans

I did thank you! I went to the Signature Room (95th floor of the Hancock for those that don't know) for dinner on Sat Night & it was excellent .. got seated in a secluded corner window seat overlooking Navy Pier, so at 10:15 pm or so, you could see the fireworks (usually every Sat. Night in the summer), along with the incredible skyline, lights, city, Lake, that I know, love and all too often neglect ... It was beautiful. The food was excellent.

To start there was Grilled Prosciutto and Buffalo Mozzarella (cherry tomato pesto; aged balsamic vinegar) ...

Bottle Yellow Label Bubbly ... & later a 91 Stags Leap Cab to wash down the Grilled Filet of Beef (Maytag Blue cheese with creamed spinach; red wine reduction), Garlic Whipped Potatoes & Squash/Zucc Blend... ( I said a cheers for M24K's bday & the well wishes I promised HH ... ) :D

Devoured the White and Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake (raspberry coulis; crème anglaise), Citrus Cheesecake (fresh strawberries; lime coulis) and
Molten Chocolate Cake (white chocolate gelato; mango chili salsa) before I rolled my tush outta there...

I still see some muscles & a faint outline of a 6'er ... I trained Thursday & Friday & kicked my butt those days, but really enjoyed some good food past few days ... and don't feel like crap :)

Definitely OUT of sesapure... :D :wavey:

I LOVE that picture, even though I practically have no muscle next to the Bunns. And don't worry about posting my face. I got pics everywhere online, so I don't care. :D
