I was out running ... yup torrential downpour.. Time for 2nd shower ....

added I say about 10 lbs of in wet clotheS, brought the old IPOD so the new Nano didn't get thrashed (I also don't have any accessories) and Polar HR monitor watch is owned .... better dry the eff off ... That was like $200....

Good job! I know soaked shoe running really SUCKS!!!! I ran a half marathon in soaked shoes the whole way... Suprised I didn't get any blisters or such..

• ½ TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Sea Salt
• Pinch Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese (16 g)
