I just expect to see mah gurls ( and select boys) as much as I can.

And it is TREIL's show as much as a meet up ... it should go without saying, but I am in no hurry to look my best I T-3.5 weeks b/c you all KNOW what I look like ... I have been getting the impression some are really stressing about the the way they will look, which frankly, I CAN CARE LESS ABOUT .... I'm happy if your skinny jeans fit, you can buy a new outfit, you feel you have to 'look' a certain way ... This is her show ... as well as our little meet up ...

If the following weekend I didn't have a very big something to celebrate for me... I would take the next few weeks off diet ... or add cheat meals...smile.. go out once in a while .. have a few drinks... eat a friggin burger ...

AFTER her show or after I will tell everyone why I can happy & celebrating ... I may miss a mini family reunion which I m not happy about but things usually never work out as we plan, but always turn out as they need to ...

I have been gutting my car all day, I killed it at the stairs this morning, then sprints all while they were setting up Big White tents, those blow up jumpy things, and I guess there was going to be pony rides...


Good thing I got there early ... Round Two later I think :)

May have to go demolish those leftovers ... :chomp:

It's 1:30 p.m. all I've had time was for ISO + Gator, then the brows threaded :D

OIL CHANGE NEEDED.....

No worries, I gave them away :)

Looks like I'm not going to be logging for a little while, maybe until Monday , much to do, clean, think about etc ... you all know "LIFE"

2) Walk / Jog / Run / Double Step to the top + Run down on tiptoes
3) Walk / Jog / Run / Double Step to the top -->12 crunches on bench, low heels + Run down on tiptoes --> 10 Pushups
4) Walk / Jog / Run / Double Step to the top --> 20-25 crunches on ledge + 10 Pushups --> Run down on tiptoes
5) Same as ^^ Walk / Jog / Run / Double Step to the top --> 20-25 crunches on ledge + 10 Pushups --> Run down on tiptoes
6) Walk / Jog / Run / Double Step to the top + Run down on tiptoes

toboggan slides I run ... steeper than the stairs, which are ~126 each to the top and STEEP , forest preserve ... you've never seen my pics from there?
