I think Paris's old BF (and I do NOT keep track of celeb drama so how do I know this??!?!) and he was wearing what looking like gray speedo bike shorts & I swear to god, like a sports bra lol ... wtf ... maybe it IS the beginning of the end not that LL in in my dreams ... and I dream in color... sometimes very vivid colors ... people tell me that is very strange... :whatever:

LOL brain is fine, sanity is a different story ... :) I just didn't catch the Ren & stimpy reference re: my comment last night ... and I love my carbs & low carb diets SUCK ... carbs = glucose = brain food = good bunny ... that's why I just don't make it a point to do one unless I need to cut for *insert goal* to drop (sub Q ) water fast .. yet still , I never have a problem with that.. whateva.. i just have an issue OVEReating Sweet Tatos & Oatmeal ...

If the GF needs me hit me up on PM if i don't catch it .. busy month ... same with July ... :rose:

Hey..I was wondering how the sleep is going?? Are you off the valiums. If the valerian doesn't do the trick, I have some other ideas for ya.

Valium is to calm me down ... in emergencies.. last night was one .. I am very cognizant of how addicting it can be but the use for anti anxiety & temp relief from high stressful situations is what I use it for .. Not to help me sleep per se ...

V-Root Tea seems to make me drowsy but I do NOT like the taste or smell, but I'll give it two weeks ...

Any other supplements, Gaba, Melotonin etc do NOT work ... as I said, b/c the stress is more of what is keeping me awake .. the mind ...

Work stress & lack of training have really taxed me ... things are getting better

Always open to suggestions :) Lets hear 'em, you'll prolly help someone else as well :D

I never drank when I was away at school (i.e. inthe dorms) :) I was there to learn & that's what I did .. boo hoo on me :verygood: ... I bought my roomie & her friends wine coolers & Pucker & they would get tispy off of THAT ... :rolleyes:

Hey Bun. Just curious why the valerian tea and not just the capsules. I'd go for the chamomile tea for taste and to relax and take the standardized valerian capsules from Natures Way. I don't think any amount of splenda could get rid of that valerian taste. :)

I promised a friend I'd give it a shot ... you know how I am when i say the "P" word ...

It's NOT THAT bad with splenda ... I don't have Ginger or Lemongrass to add to it either, so I can get down 6 oz .. just not my thing, TEA / coffe / cocao / hot choclate / not of that crap ... in general ...
