You girls have a great time! Buns I am happy you are lifting and happy!
Had BF test today Unhappy results...wanted lower intial BF%, so now I have to work some more...Not that I was planning on doing less, but just wanted a lower number to start with.
I am still thinking of buying some callipers and asking BF to do it for me every two weeks...What do you think?

I finally went ot the nutritionist to get BF tested and check up on diet, She specializes in ¨the zone diet¨ and OMG! Did I want to die...
I am so upset at myself!

You girls tell me if you are on a 40/30/30 diet do you try to have all meals in that 40/30/30 intake?
I try to have Protein, carbs, and fat in all meals, not always in that %, but at the end of the day they should be in those macros.
Anyway...I will get in the shower and try to melt away my frustration.
Damn it!
You all have permission to spank me for being so impatient/obsessive/perfectionist/freak!
I forgot to add the BF% is 18.

TRIs & ABs -
Incorporated Ghede's suggestions for Tri's & Ab work:
"elbows at front of rib cage, they must not move even one centimeter, complete hyperextension and static hold at bottom ... DB Kicks ... elbows to back of rib cage ... same flex at apex...DB press ups (elbows maintained as close together as possible: if they splay, you cant play)"

Also added variation for abs: "Knee crunches on the edge of a bench: no hands. you gotta balance on these and get your heels as close to the floor as you can on one end... Long and steady on these... "


V BAR PRESS DOWNS + "V" UPS on Bench
• 80 lbs / 8 reps (2 second holds) + 15 Knee Crunches (knees to chest on same bench) + 15 Piked V Ups
***repeat for 3 sets***

OVERHEAD DB TRICEPS EXTENSIONS + "V" UPS on Bench
• 25 lb DBs (elbows close as possible) / 8 reps + 15 V Crunch Pikes
• 22.5 lb DBs (elbows close as possible, lowered weight to account for pain in pit area) / 10 reps + 7 V Crunch Pikes + 7 Butt Ups
• 22.5 lb DBs (elbows close as possible) / 8 reps + 15 V Crunch Pikes Butt Ups
