*** My gym got all new weights, WBB’s ( the w bars, I liked the straight ones but I’ll adjust) , DB’s, etc, so now there are way more variety to choose from .. YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!! I’m excited. I think they bump’d up from 110’s to higher but I’m not so sure, I’ll have to look if I make it back this evening … I suppose the 16 yo who can rep out 5-6 unassisted reps incline bench with 110 lb DBs will be happy … form is on point too … IMO, I cannot imagine the damage he has done to his body & rather stunted his growth … to boot, the word is they leave them everywhere after the high school football crew leaves…
